Shipping Policy
Normally our goods take 3 to 14 days to reach to your house. If your item has been shipped out from the local warehouse , it takes less than 3 business days to deliver.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-2 business days
Shipping time: 3-10 days (Depending on your location)
Fast Shipping time: 3-8 days ( you can choose Fast Shipping also, it cost $9 ) Normally, Depending on your location.
Delivery Fee
All of our product on Huge tomato is free to deliver above $ 39 . For those orders less than $ 39, you have to pay the delivery fee as the system shows ( normally it is $4). In the condition of return, the customer is free to choose any express service company and pay courier fees by themselves.
Returns
Sands Moment guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website if you are not satisfied by your purchase. All returns must be returned in acceptable condition and posted within 7 working days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition they were received. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging.
It can usually take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use.
7 days easy return in this following reason: (From the date you received the item to the date we received your return request)
Quality problem of the item (e.g damaged, dented, malfunctioned, cannot be used)
Received the incomplete product(s) (e.g. missing items)
received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product).
About these items: clothes, shoes, or jewelry that have different sizes, if you choose the size isn’t fit for you, replacement is acceptable. (You need to return the item on your own cost)
Refund Policy
Once we receive your return parcel, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and we will email you to let you know this has been refunded. The funds will go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your bank/card issuer.
If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for refund within 10 working days of receiving your order, this refund will however be issued at the discretion of Sands Moment. We will refund you the item price after we have received your package and inspected it. You would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
Attention please: we can not accept returns and refund in these following reasons:
The undergarment (e.g corset, underwear) can not returns and refund due to hygiene purpose.
Change of mind is not applicable
You buy the same item from other website and want to return
You see the lower price in the other website and want to return
Return Warehouse Address:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
